Compare the island plan first
Check how many nights are spent in Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island. Confirm the arrival and departure times used to prepare the route. A plan should allow time for airport transfers, ferry reporting and hotel check-in.
Confirm accommodation clearly
Ask for hotel names, room category, meal plan and any child-sharing arrangements. A property name alone does not tell you which room is being booked. If a substitution is proposed, review it before confirming.
Check ferry and transfer arrangements
Ask which ferry sectors and classes are included, how transfers between hotel and jetty are arranged, and who will share the local schedule. Keep your coordinator’s contact details accessible.
Separate included visits from optional activities
Ask which entry tickets and activities are included in the quotation. Water activities and additional excursions should be priced and confirmed separately where applicable. Review the supplier cancellation conditions before payment.
